Junip has offices in Kitchener (The Tannery) & Toronto (Little Portugal). Everyone from our small team of 10 is attached to one of these offices & we have a strong in-person component to our work, while still retaining the flexibility required to do challenging creative projects.
We work together in person during onboarding (majority of days first ~2 months), new project kickoffs / sticky mid-points in projects when nothing is working, full team gatherings (3ish/year) & annual off-sites. Outside of that time most of the team still uses our offices a few days/week, but there’s flexibility on a day to day or week to week basis to work where you think is best.
We know this is a little ambigous, but we’re a very small team & change is constant at this stage. If you need clear lines this might not be the best place for you.
